Abstract: Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), which has condensated from pollutant and hydrocarbons, one of the sollutions for petroleum resource’s depletion so it needs an infrastructure like liquid berth port.One of them is Magtymguly Gas Recycling Development Project in Caspian Sea, Turkmenistan by Petronas. This port is design as a dolphin port for loading-unloading activity. This berths consist of horizontal and vertical load that will be reviewed by British Standard. The dimensión and load will be medelled using SAP2000 for having Unity Check Ratio until get an optimal desgn. The results from SAP2000, like internal forces for slab, beam, and pile cap, will be used for designing reinforcement bar. This Liquid Berth II will be designed also for using precast concrete in loading platform. Analyses about the precast concrete are lifting condition, installation condition, and support condition. Lifting analysis will check the strength of the reinforcement bar and check the needs of lifting reinforcement and the requirement of lifthing anchor. Installation condition will check the strength of the concrete element when maintaining self-weight and receiving another element. Support condition will check the possibility of shear failure at the supporting área.
